SET.Live is completely app-less! Fans can simply visit the url "set.live" in the venue, or scan your custom SET.Live QR code. 

No! Your QR is static to you as an artist/band and follows you from show to show. There is no need to print off new QR codes for each show.

If you need any changes made to any upcoming shows, go to the "SET.Live" tab in your SET account, find your show, and click "Edit". 

Once your SET.Fan campaign is published in your SET account, copy your unique SET.Fan url and promote that link across Stories, your link-in-bio, etc.

No, these are completely optional and can be condensed or expanded to your liking. While we do recommend taking the opportunity to go the extra mile with surveying your fans, we will always at least capture basic contact info for you!

Absolutely. You can run pre-saves on Spotify and Apple for both singles and albums, and feature your pre-save at the top of your SET.Bio page. 

Yes! We have the ability to add Google, Meta, TikTok pixels. In editing mode from your SET account, scroll to the bottom of the page to view options. 

YES! This is one of our biggest and unique features that allows you to take over the fans screen with a pop-up window to submit their info. Just like our other tools, contacts instantly flow into your SET account. 

No, the SET Suite is completely free to artists to use  — no subscriptions or fees!

Unfortunately, not at this time. The SET Suite is a suite of tools dedicated to help musicians grow their fanbases and engage directly with them, on-tour or online. Many of our features are custom-designed for music artists specifically.
